Faptele acelor persoane care au contribuit la prabusirea F.N.I. în România (si de 15 ani încoace nu numai la prabusirea F.N.I.! ) pot fi încadrate în prevederile articolelor potrivite din Codul Penal, deoarece ca drept consecinta asupra populatiei tarii, a avut loc afectarea puternica a sistemului bancar si a pietii de capital ceea ce a dus la pagube mari si întârzieri inacceptabile în procesul de dezvoltare al economiei nationale a României . Totusi pâna acum nu s-au luat masurile cuvenite, pentru normalizarea situatiei, cea ce demonstreaza existenta unui grup puternic care nu are interesul ca România sa ajunga cât mai repede în rândul tarilor dezvoltate.         

Pe ce drum ne va duce aceasta stare a lucrurilor?  

 

The deeds of those persons who contributed to the collapse of the F.N.I. in Romania (and or not only) can be specified by the paragraphs of the Penal Code as over the whole population of the country which influenced the whole bank system and the whole capital market which ended into great damages and delays which are not permitted in a progress of development in the national economy of Romania. And yet, since 15 years practically not a corresponding measure was taken for the sake of to stop such big, damaging cases of the corruption in Romania, fact which demonstrates the existence of a powerful group which is not interested at all for Romania to come as soon as possible in the row of the developed countries. You cannot stop the evolution of the corruption in Romania because it is generated and practiced by the political aristocracy itself.

We wonder, to what ways do this take us ?

It is true that Romania made great progress on her way to become, from a totalitarian state a state where Laws are respected but it is a pity that there are great achievements realized in the field of the institutional corruption too, and it is very well known that during the history of mankind there were huge empires which had fallen because of such corruption's. It is more dangerous that terrorism maybe it is one of the future form of the terrorism.   Romania obtained a favorable vote for entering the NATO without being solved anything of the problems of integrity and  transparency  of  government.  So, the successful  democracies, members of the NATO put under a serious question mark the very  many Romanian and not only Romania citizens  important  criteria  of  their  success  until  today.
